Wala! Here we have our Sweet Bulb juice.
I must admit this was my first time using the Fennel Bulb as an ingredient.
At first I was a little resistant to use this veggie because of the strong black licorice smell. I told my self “Self, make the juice, give it a little taste and if you don’t like it, well let it be the last time you use it.”
I am so glad I listened to my self and juiced with this ingredient! Once blended and strained, I gave it a try and my taste buds went wild because of the sweet taste it offered.
Tomorrow I will be making apple and fennel bulb puree for my little guy! Hope he enjoys this veggie as much as I do.
Have a blessed and juicy day!

Marly
